BUILDING POWER THROUGH CREATIVE COLLABORATION

A conversation about building collective power through creative collaboration. The Rise-Home Stories Project is a group of multimedia storytellers and housing and land justice advocates who are coming together to reimagine the past, present, and future of our communities by transforming the stories we tell about them. Feauring award-winning filmmaker and supervising producer of Rise-Home Stories, Paige Wood; development director of City Life / Vida Urbana, Mike Leyba; deputy director of Texas Housers, Christina Rosales; award-winning director and producer Angela Tucker; and writer Evan Narcisse, whose credits include the Rise of the Black Panther graphic novel and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. DOCS IN ACTION: MOVEMENT BUILDING & SHIFTING POWER
